The Kroger Company is an American retail company founded by Bernard Kroger in 1883 in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the United States’ largest supermarket by revenue, and the second-largest general retailer. Kroger is the fourth largest American-owned private employer in the United States.
GPW was invited into the Kroger Supermarket Remodel Program in the spring of 2011. GPW performs Site Assessments, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Consulting, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration. The contract is for services in the Ohio/Midwest/Central and Delta Regions within the family of stores which include Kroger’s, Dillon’s, King Soopers, Food 4 Less, Baker’s, Jay C Food Store. Fred Meyer’s, Gerber, Fry’s, and Kroger Marketplace.
