As President and CEO, Gina manages the firm’s Senior Leadership team, all major company decisions, operations, and resources for GPW. With the support of the Advisory Board, Gina leads the development of the company’s short and long-term strategic goals while implementing the company’s vision and mission. Gina ensures the company maintains high social responsibility while assessing, monitoring, and minimizing the risks to GPW. She coordinates business development opportunities and represents the firm with major clients, the financial community, and the public.

Her hobbies are working on the business, on her house and creating memorable moments with her three children and her dog.

As a member of the Firm’s Senior Leadership Team, Elaine works closely with the CEO and is responsible for the implementation of all policies and operations of the Firm.

With extensive management and finance experience, Elaine oversees regulatory compliance, financial reporting, transactions and financial compliance. She is also responsible for talent management of the technical staff and staff development.

She enjoys reading while relaxing with her husband Jim and Jack Russell Terrier Penny.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Joanne reviews all engineering designs for quality assurance and quality control, including compliance, maintenance of GPW standards and fulfilling contract requirements.

Joanne is licensed in multiple states and is GPW’s Lead Engineer of Record. She manages the engineering staff to ensure best practices in design and meets all standards for safety and code compliance. She mentors her staff and encourages collaboration at all levels.

Joanne has extensive experience in Mechanical Design, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical and Fire Protection for renovation and ground up projects. Her 30+years of project experience extends to Government, Public Works, Private Sector, Retail, Hospital, Condominiums, Multi-Story Apartments, new and existing Office Buildings and Medical Office Buildings.

Her favorite thing to do outside of work is quilting, biking, hiking with her husband and her two Yorkies, COCO and PACO.
